Sravanthi Bandla, M.Sc. Ph.D.

Postdoctoral Research Associate

Sravanthi Bandla is from the South of India, where she received a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics. She worked as an intern and contract employee at Novartis Health Care, India and as an assistant professor at Vignan Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. In 2013, she moved to Ireland to pursue a MSc in Biomedical Science, followed by a PhD in Biochemistry at the National University of Ireland. Her PhD project was based on the role of B-cell immunoglobulin binding protein in multiple sclerosis. Part of her PhD project was carried out at the Institute of Infection, Immunity and Inflammation at the University of Glasgow. She lives in Saint Louis with her husband. She enjoys nature, gardening and painting.
